about me:

i am an undergrad student at california state university, dominguez hills with a major in behavioral science and minor in sociology.

I have created these designs with the intention of promoting mental clarity and well being. I want to inspire both young and old alike to uplift and support eachother, and it all starts by loving ourselves first.

Fun Fact:

Axolotls are Regeneration Superstars: They have the incredible ability to regenerate and heal damaged limbs or body parts. Just like axolotls can heal their physical selves, we humans can learn to mentally heal from past traumaby practicing mindfulness and self love!
